Pricing – To avoid confusion and protect the confidentiality of our contractor pricing, we don’t provide pricing over the phone. Pricing inquiries can be made from the links found on our ORDERING page.
Shipping – Shipping costs will be presented when we quote a product price. Please let us know if you need a liftgate service if you are not shipping to a proper conforming loading dock.
Selection of your shipping destination is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Your shipping location should be one that is suitable to receive skids of goods during regular local business hours. We strongly discourage shipment to an end customer location unless it meets those requirements. If you as a customer or contractor don’t have such a facility, we suggest you make arrangements with a local warehouse in the business of renting such services for the purpose of receiving our shipment(s). You are responsible for any storage charges incurred if you rent such services.
Terms – The goods are owned by DewAir Corporation until paid for in full at time of shipping. You are solely responsible for any provincial or state taxes owed other than what we collect in our checkout for our upcoming online store or what we invoice you for prior to the online store. We are an exporting manufacturer and only collect taxes required as such.
Our full refund policy allows for small volume orders (those without a Bonded Supply Agreement) a full refund PRIOR to shipping. The goods are sold non-returnable except in the case of defects that are not field serviceable. Thus, we recommend purchasing by a contractor that is familiar with all HVAC equipment so that the outdoor unit and indoor units and coupling between them is well understood.
