Below are two support forms. One is for support for installed products. The other is to get support for charge instructions for a condenser.

INSTALLED PRODUCT SUPPORT REQUEST

Use this form to initiate support for one of our product that is already installed.

We only support through certified HVAC contractors registered on our site.

Important – You should have previously filled out our Pricing Request form so you are registered as a HVAC contractor. If not please do so first. Always use the same email address in our forms as we track our clients by email address.

This service is currently FREE if you’ve purchased an RH-Cube product.
You agree to pick a condenser that is R410A and is of the same tonnage as our reference condenser in the Product Configuration Guide for the application you intend.
You supply manufacturers technical specifications
We have no liability for your selection of condenser and how it performs.
