We ship from USA and Canadian warehousing locations.

DewAir Dealers:

1. Pricing – Contractors and DewAir Dealers check current pricing prior to ordering.  
2. Placing an Order – when you are ready to order we will email a self-pay invoice to place your order that generates an instant receipt.  Here are your Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment Methods – Our standard methods of payment are credit cards and wire transfer. Maximum credit card order size per order is $10K for Can and US.  Larger orders are wire transfer or multiple credit card orders.
4. Track Your Shipment – We’ll send you tracking information after your order ships.

Our dehumidifiers are shipped freight.  Our goal for our core product, the RH-Cube 18+ DA-900-0002, is to ship within a week from placement of your order. 

Freight logistics – We will need to clarify details around your shipping address and arrange with a freight carrier to pickup your unit(s) from our US or Canadian warehouses.

Sometimes orders take longer if we need to replenish warehouse inventory from our factory.  Your DewAir sales representative can give you an estimate before you order.

Shipping – Please let us know if you need a liftgate service if you are not shipping to a proper conforming loading dock or don’t have a forklift at your shipping destination.  Here is the shipping information we’d like to discuss.

Selection of your shipping destination is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.  Your shipping location should be one that is suitable to receive skids of goods during regular local business hours.  We strongly discourage shipment to an end customer location unless it meets those requirements.  If you as a customer or contractor don’t have such a facility, we suggest you make arrangements with a local warehouse in the business of renting such services for the purpose of receiving our shipment(s).  

Full Refund Policy – For small volume orders of standard product (RH-Cube 18+  DA-900-0002), they may be cancelled with full refund prior to shipping. Small volume orders are those without a Bonded Supply Agreement (BSA). 

Other non-standard product or product with a BSA have separate agreements and are not eligible for the full refund policy. 

The goods are shipped non-returnable except in the case of defects that are not field serviceable.  Thus, we recommend purchasing by a contractor that is familiar with all HVAC equipment so that the outdoor unit and indoor units and coupling between them is well understood.
