The ordering process is simple and is done through email confirmation, and payment is made just prior to shipping:

  1. If you are a contractor, go to the HVAC CONTRACTORS menu item and fill out the form, otherwise fill out the form on the CONTACT US menu item
  2. Once we confirm price to you, and answer any questions, you may place an order through email.
  3. Expect 1-2 weeks lead time (depends on production volume versus demand).  Once your order is ready to ship, we will invoice you for payment.
  4. After we receive payment, your order will ship within a few days and we will send you tracking information.

Our methods of payment for are wire transfer and credit cards.
